By accessing and using Los Olivos Cloud (losolivoscloud.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Description of service

Los Olivos Cloud provides informational content about local news, road status (traffic-light style indicators), and weather conditions for the Monteverde, Tilarán, and Guacimal area of Costa Rica.

3. ⚠️ Important notice about road and weather information

Information about road status, closures, landslides, and weather conditions is provided for informational purposes only and comes from third-party reports, public sources (such as IMN), and manual updates that may not reflect real-time conditions. It should not be used as the sole source for travel or safety decisions. Before traveling on mountain roads or landslide-prone routes, always verify with official sources (MOPT, Red Cross, National Emergency Commission) and use your own judgment. Los Olivos Cloud is not liable for damages, losses, or accidents resulting from the use of, or reliance on, outdated information on this site.

4. Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, informational purposes. You may not: (a) scrape or automatically extract content without authorization, (b) attempt unauthorized access to the admin panel or site infrastructure, (c) use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Editorial content (news articles, text, design) is owned by Los Olivos Cloud or its respective authors, except for properly attributed third-party content (e.g., weather data from Open-Meteo or IMN forecasts). Reproduction, in whole or in part, is not permitted without authorization.

6. Advertising

This site is partly funded through third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; Los Olivos Cloud does not control or guarantee the products or services promoted by third parties.

7. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to external sites (official sources, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of availability, accuracy, or continuity of service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Los Olivos Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
